AMMEND MENT FIRST :

To express my thought
about the Ammendment Second
of one's ' Right to Arms '
in self defense.

Expanding this rule
on Global scale and view
can't a r Nation too demand
the right to Nuclear Arm
in Nation's Defense .?

But who has the right
to use it first
and after that
who will remain or survive
to test his chance !

Yet every Nation - as unit one
has her right
of second ammendment .

The paradox tells -
all can have
but none can use
only the production cost
shall end up
like DEVIL'S DEVICE.
