The right to Arrest ANDERSON and hold him back in INDIA do not Arise at-all . Anderson already got the promise/ assurance from Ministry of External Affairs, before coming to India to this effect. So, no one of Indian administration had any right to arrest him or hold him back.
Yet Political players are making Big SHOWS just to t play away Time with it and evade the long pending issue of Compensating the lives lost and harmed by the shrewd and indifferent and Callous State and Central Govt . for quarter of a Century.
I accuse both Central and State Govt. , for lack of their Pro-active Principle and Issue-evading policies , knowingly devised..
