3, Any citizen of any country having 'Black money or secret A/c in SWISS-BANK, should be segregated, together and put in a seperate island as ,'intelligent citizen'
for future genetic research .

4For some Countries with selfish-genes,'Anti-sectarian' virus (attenuated)-industry should be 'Out-sourced' for preventive measures.
