As the  King  was  very  kind  - hearted  , he  consoled  him and  opened  up  the   ANNUAL  ACCOUNT  REPORT  on  his ' subjects'  and  found  that  by   Per Capita  Income  a/c  ,  every  one  of his   Majesty's  subject  was   a  millionaire   .

 The   king  , being  always  just &  good  &  strict  declared him a  'FRAUD '  and pit  him  in Jail.

Why Debate at all ?
In India , I think , they look upon it as an obsolete and 'back -dated' process to Debate and then, Elect the "top Executive by peoples ' Vote !
Here , we deal with the issue so easily, I think, by by-passing it and POSTING the TOP EXECUTIVE / 'Captain' / ( PM ) , by posting HIM /HER through RAJYA SABHA and with the SANCTION of the PARTY-PRESIDENT after forming a STITCHED-UP MAJORITY .
SO SIMPLE and  & helpful to POLITICIANS ( if not PEOPLE ) !
