Nothing new nor unexpected. Of course , it seems that - Biden never read 'Arms and the Man' of George Bernard Shaw, where Nepoleon , in the play, asked his general about America:-
: 'What language these Americans speak '?
And the general's reply was -
: 'Sir, they call it English !'

So that is how the modern U.S.A speak their language too, by Oxford -standard, I think , as G.B.S. recorded.

DRAWBACKS OF DEMOCRACY
( A Global ISSUE )
Once during our student -life we would define 'Freedom' as under:
' After enjoying a ripe banana, I should have the right to throw the banana- skin any where , even on a street , for some one to fall flat by slipping upon it '.
Recently , U.S.A Govt. defended Jay Leno, on ground of 'Free speech' for his bringing 'Golden Temple of Sikhs' for filling up his silly Joke and qualifying it as a Satire, in plotical 'cock-fight' !
That way 'freedom of speech" like Leno's Satire Or 'Rushdie's 'winning Noise in absentia' on "Satanic Verses" in JAIPUR,India , can be drawn as a parallel !
If 'Free-speech' " need no limitation or self -control or defining MORAL-Values, ETHICS or Aesthetics of civilised Society and if ' Freedom of Action can extend unto the 'Hiroshima-Bombing' level, then I think , in days to come , the word DEMOCRACY will include everything destructive or carnal without any respect for the other side of existing Civillisation.

It is neither Satirical nor smart. It is , I think, simply foolish for any one to try to make joke with the "TEMPLE" of another religion.
To morrow , he might , I think, compare our White House ,with a toilet!
Seems like a PUBLICITY-GREED, designing a SCANDAL !

OK ! If Mr. X,Y or Z ask -- Killing of Hiroshima -Population with a single BOMB - was it 'Freedom of Action' ?!?!.
Who can educate me , -as I do not know the answer !
